United States Shipping

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays. VLOU is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or peak shipping periods.


International Shipping

We offer one international shipping option at checkout:

DHL Express International Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our control.


Import Duties & Taxes

Customers are fully responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and international fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are non-refundable.

Failure to pay import duties may result in the package being delayed, returned, or destroyed. VLOU is not responsible for these outcomes.


Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
VLOU is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

VLOU is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages held by customs

  • Refused or unclaimed shipments

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unpaid import fees, the customer is responsible for all reshipping costs.
