Returns & Store Credit

Belts, hats, accessories, and all discounted or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit.

All other items may be returned for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be brand new, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returns sent without prior email approval will not be accepted.

To start a return, email info@vlousnow.com with your order number and reason for return.

No cash refunds. No exceptions. Store credit only.


Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery for size or color only, based on available inventory.

Customers must:

  • Email info@vlousnow.com for approval before sending anything back

  • Return the item brand new, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging

  • Cover all return shipping costs

Once the original item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped out. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, store credit will be issued instead.

Belts, hats, accessories, and discounted or sale items are not eligible for exchange.


Warranty

All products are covered by a 14-day warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, crashes, riding abuse, or neglect is not covered.

To submit a warranty claim, email info@vlousnow.com with photos and your order number. All warranty claims are reviewed case-by-case.


Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
VLOU is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Chargeback & Fraud Protection

By completing a purchase on vlousnow.com, the customer agrees to all policies listed on this page, including returns, exchanges, store credit, and warranty terms.

Unauthorized chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Customers are required to contact info@vlousnow.com and follow all return, exchange, and warranty procedures before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

Filing a chargeback after receiving a product, without following the proper return process, is considered fraudulent activity and may result in:

  • Permanent ban from future purchases

  • Cancellation of any outstanding store credit

  • Submission of evidence to the payment processor, including delivery confirmation, policy agreement, and customer communication records

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled and complete.

VLOU is not responsible for chargebacks due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect address entry, or failure to follow return or exchange instructions.
