V-CARGO
Our biggest and most exaggerated silhouette. V-Cargo is built for the full baggy look, cargo shape, and maximum volume, with the strongest connection to the oversized 2000s to 2010s riding silhouette.
Before every winter we check in with the team, show everyone what we’ve been working on, and explain where VLOU is heading next. Here’s the plan for 26/27.
For 26/27, VLOU is focused on bringing the culture back while making the strongest and most complete outerwear we have released. The influence comes from the 2000s to 2010s era of park and street riding, but the collection is not about copying old gear. It is about taking that attitude, silhouette, color, and individuality and rebuilding it with modern construction.
This season also gives riders more choice than ever. V-Straight stays fitted and skinny, V-Relaxed fills the semi-baggy middle, and V-Cargo remains the biggest and most exaggerated option. No matter how you like your pants to fit, there is now a VLOU silhouette built around it.
The collaborations push that direction in different ways. ZOU.OFF brings the loud, bright, photography-driven side of old riding kits back with a completely new visual twist, while the Schmidi V-Straight is intentionally more punk and experimental.
25 NEW PRODUCTS · 26/27
The page stays focused on the stories, fits, and collaborations, but this is the complete 25-piece lineup releasing across snowpants, tops, and accessories.
LYON · FILM PHOTOGRAPHY · STREET / NIGHT
Adrien Kingolo, @akiimzou, is the owner of ZOU.OFF. He creates handmade clothing for streetwear and riding, and builds his patterns from photography shot on his film camera. We chose to collaborate because the designs looked completely different from anything we had seen used on snow gear.
The goal was to make a real collaboration instead of putting two logos on a basic product. ZOU.OFF brings the photography, artwork, and visual identity. VLOU brings the durability, construction, and snow-specific fit. The result combines the strongest part of both brands into loud, photography-driven, street and nightlife-inspired riding gear.
RIDER FIT CHECK · LA MANO
Enric is wearing the complete La Mano setup with an XL V-Cargo La Mano and the 5XL La Mano long sleeve. This was his favorite fit.
The La Mano pants, long sleeve, and ski mask create a complete head-to-toe setup. This is easily the loudest and most unique kit we made this season.
VLOU × SCHMIDI · PHILLIP
Phillip is a VLOU team rider who made it clear from the start that if he joined the team, he wanted to be fully involved in creating products for the brand. The V-Straight Fade is the result. Phillip contributed to the entire visual direction and product concept while the fit stays based on our existing V-Straight pattern.
The goal is to bring attention back to a fitted snowpant without making it look like a generic snowpant. The three fades, jean-style pockets, rivets in the belt loops, custom gold VLOU × Schmidi pins, and bronze nail details give the pant a punk and experimental identity.
This pant is not about nostalgia. It is a punk, experimental take on the V-Straight and a way to make the fitted silhouette feel new again.
NEW FIT · 26/27
Last season the gap between V-Straight and V-Cargo was too large. Some riders felt V-Straight was not baggy enough, while V-Cargo was too baggy. V-Relaxed fills that gap with a semi-baggy, open-leg fit that sits cleanly at the boots.
The shorter length is what makes the fit work. Oversizing V-Straight could add width, but it also made the pant extremely long. V-Relaxed lets riders size up for more volume without adding the same amount of length, while V-Straight can stay dedicated to a fitted and skinny look.
FRANCE · STREET · PARK · FILM
The relationship with Dirty South grew naturally through riding and filming, and today they are VLOU’s main crew in France. They are riders, film collaborators, and an important part of the product-development process, helping shape gear so it fits the aesthetic and culture we are building together.
We have already made three short park films together, with more footage filmed and more projects planned for 26/27. Our first full Dirty South street movie releases this fall. Dirty South represents French street skiing and keeps the 2000s to 2010s culture alive through filming, music, style, and clothing. Together, the goal is to bring that culture back into the light.
The crew also helped develop the new 3XL and 5XL shirts, long sleeves, and hoodies. They sent measurements from their favorite pieces, and we built from those proportions while adding VLOU details like our signature XL hood.

OVERSIZED · RIDING FIT · JB SMOOVE TESTED
3XL and 5XL shirts, long sleeves, and hoodies were a huge part of 2000s to 2010s park and street riding. The goal is that unmistakable look: a garment that is not only long, but also wide enough to keep the proportions right and, in the largest sizes, can fall toward the knees.
L and XL hoodies stay in the same streetwear fit as last season. Those sizes work better for riders using V-Straight or V-Relaxed, or anyone who wants a more fitted top with baggy bottoms. The new 3XL and 5XL sizes use their own wider and taller riding-specific size chart, especially for riders pairing them with XL and XXL V-Cargos.
Every shirt and hoodie this season is 100% cotton and heavyweight. Hoodies are double stitched at common stress points so they are built to last multiple seasons. Suspenders complete the same direction by letting riders sag the pants under tall garments and reinforce the original riding silhouette.
RIDER FIT CHECK
In the first video, Ryan is wearing the 5XL White Drip T-shirt. In the video below, Ryan is wearing XXL Black V-Cargos with the 5XL Black VLOU hoodie. Saggin of course.
The point is not to make a normal hoodie bigger. The length, width, hood size, and construction are all meant to make the oversized fit look intentional while still holding up to riding.
Our biggest and most exaggerated silhouette. V-Cargo is built for the full baggy look, cargo shape, and maximum volume, with the strongest connection to the oversized 2000s to 2010s riding silhouette.
The middle ground. V-Relaxed is semi-baggy, shorter than V-Straight, and built to sit cleanly at the boots. Riders can size up for more volume without the pant becoming excessively long.
Our fitted and slimmer option. V-Straight stays dedicated to a cleaner, skinnier silhouette instead of being oversized to create a baggy fit.
SHARED CONSTRUCTION · EVERY SNOWPANT
Every V-Cargo, V-Relaxed, and V-Straight uses ripstop shell fabric, 15K waterproofing, fully taped seams, a mesh liner, stronger YKK zippers, and custom engraved VLOU smiley buttons. Dirty South put the fabric through street filming, including sliding on concrete and earth, and reported that the pants did not rip. The goal for 27/28 is 20K waterproofing.
08 · FOR THE TEAM
The team is part of VLOU’s development loop. Ride what fits your style, put the gear through real use, and tell us exactly what works and what does not. That feedback is one of the biggest reasons the products keep getting better every season.
For 26/27, we ask everyone to embrace the culture in their own way, share the gear they receive on their Instagram Story, and keep sending us product feedback throughout the season. We want everyone involved in where VLOU goes next.
