Returns

Belts, hats, accessories, and discounted items are ineligible for returns.

All other items have a 10% restocking fee when returned. Item must be in brand new condition, unworn, with tags, and original packaging. Customers are in charge of shipping costs for returns. Return window is 14-days

Email info@vlousnow.com before sending the item back with the reason for the return. Returns sent without email confirmation will not be accepted

Warranty

Products from vlousnow have a 14-day warranty. If the product has a defect, please email info@vlousnow.com and we will discuss it. Please note the warranty is only for manufacturing defects and damages NOT from excessive use of the product.
